Genard Hajdini holds an MBA and a Masters degree from the Regent University. He started out to work as Inter-Religious Council (IRC) of Albania coordinator in July 2007, and in June 2008, he was nominated and voted by the four traditional religious leaders of Albania: Muslim, Orthodox, Catholic and Bektashi Communities; as their Secretary General. He has also taught on the Master in Organizational Leadership (MOL) online program. Coordinating the MBA and MOL Albanian Cohort programs online at the School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship (GLE), now the School of Business and Leadership at Regent University, in Virginia Beach, VA. He graduated from Oral Roberts University with a Bachelor of Science, Magna cum Laude, Majoring in Biology, Chemistry and Christian Philosophy. He has worked for over eight years in the Institute of Public Health (IPH) in Tirana, Albania.
